Instructions for use/warnings

Adults:
- Supports general health: Take 1 capsule daily.
- Good for heart health: Take 2 capsules daily.
- Supports brain and nervous system health: Take 3 capsules daily.
- Supports eye health: Take 3 capsules daily.
- Helps balance mood: Take 3 capsules per dose, twice a day.
- Helps reduce blood lipids: Take 7 capsules daily.
- Supports joint health: Take 5 capsules per dose, twice a day.
Take with or immediately after meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women:
- Take 2 capsules daily. Take with or immediately after meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Inform your doctor about any medication you are taking during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.

Children:
- Ages 1-12: Take 1 capsule daily. Pierce the capsule and mix it with juice or cereal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
