Instructions for use/warnings

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consume immediately after the tablet has fully dissolved.

Warnings:
- Do not use if you are sensitive to or allergic to any ingredient in the product.
- Not suitable for individuals with G6PD deficiency (risk of hemolytic anemia), history of kidney stones, increased urinary oxalate levels, or oxalate metabolism disorders (increased risk of kidney stones), or thalassemia (increased risk of iron absorption).
- Pregnant individuals or those on medication or undergoing treatment should consult a doctor before use.
- Vitamin and mineral supplementation cannot replace a balanced diet.
- The recommended daily dose of this product contains 297 mg of Sodium.
- Taking 1g or more of Vitamin C daily may cause diarrhea.
- Do not use if the seal on the cap is broken.
- If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
